Today started our partying. We will give each of the kids and there class a going away party. We gave our kids a few options to choose from, bowling being one of them, and they all chose that. This summer they were introduced to bowling when we went to visit Dad's sister, Aunt Leigh Anne in Orange Beach. They had a blast. After that trip we played a lot of bowling on our Wii at home. So they are really looking forward to the bowling with their friends.
Today is Luba's day. Vladik will get to join her class today because his class is to young to leave the orphanage so we just brought him along. We met them at the orphanage and walked the two miles to the mall. We were a little earlier which gave us a chance to take a group photo outside the bowling alley (see below.) After bowling we treated Luba's class to green Fanta drinks at the mall's pizza restaurant and they drank them as we walked back. The teacher/caregiver/mom stopped the class on the way back for a photo with Santa and then posed Luba and Vladik for a picture.
We left the children at the orphanage and went and got a bite to eat. We then spent the rest of our afternoon and evening getting ready for tomorrow. Kristina's bowling party is tomorrow, but even more than that. Come back tomorrow to see what else.
P.S. Luba missed Yasha at her going away party, but one day we'll get them together again in America.
(Yasha is being hosted in America with New Horizons for Children's Winter Hosting Program)
